Olympics 2012.

AND WE'RE BACK!! Pretty sure that was the longest hiatus we have taken from the blog, but it was much needed. Now that we are back, we will definitely get right back into the swing of things. So be sure to stay tuned for the upcoming weeks because we have a lot of GREAT posts coming for you!

As usual you know that we L.O.V.E to start the week of with some motivation/inspiration to get your week started. For that reason, this week will be no different!

Now we all know that the world was tuned in watching the Olympics 2012 since the opening ceremonies. We hope you were as well, because we certainly were! Day in and day out you got to see the determination and passion of each participant and we really thought that it was something that could get you motivated in life. It definitely gave us an extra boost! These athletes trained for 4 years, for their chance to participate in the most prestigious events in the world! They put all they had into their training in order to perform to the best of their ability when the time came. From that you should be able to take those same practices of putting all you have into the goals in your life in order to get the results you desire.

Maybe you want to get your health in check
start taking the necessary steps to get there, i.e..change your diet, exercise

Or start your own company,
branching out and getting your name out there is just one of things you need to take care of

perhaps your goal is to better a relationship in your life.
decipher what is wrong in the first place and take care of it immediately

Those are just a few examples of potential goals in your life, and we gave you a little starting tip. From there you have to put in all the work plus some to get where you need to. Remember that the work that you put in, is the result that you will get out of it.

Keep in mind that although the Gold Medals that the Olympians won in a few minutes looked so easy for them; they have worked for 4 years plus to get there. Further explaining that it is not going to be a quick and easy process to get where you want in life.

xoxo VM.
