Well it seems as though the fellas are a little shy when it comes to participating, so for our first competition we only had a winner from the ladies. It was a really tough decision, but we came to our final decision not too long ago..Without further a due, our winner for the NYE best dressed female was:.....drum roll please
Ms. Tiffany Hawkins!
She wore an amazing form fitting dress covered in beautiful sequins. It made us think back to a combination of both of Kim Kardashian's dresses from the NYE post. It was a green and blue dress with a great synched waist accomplished by the black belt. Considering that she did such a statement, stand-outish dress she went with straight hair and simple accessories. To compliment her dress she went with a black, snake skin shiny heel which looked like they were worn to enhance the dress. Overall we felt like this look was very chic and an amazing way to bring in the New Year.
